Overview of the Super Sucker

The Super Sucker Vacuum Truck designed and manufactured by Vissers Engineering is the perfect solution for businesses seeking a reliable vacuum service truck. Designed with a large-capacity, heavy-duty waste tank, this equipment is equipped for industrial cleaning with a high-pressure vacuum. This Super Sucker is the ideal choice for those looking to maximise their output and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Super Sucker trucks, also known as vac trucks or suction trucks, are specialised vehicles designed for the collection and transportation of liquids, sludge, and solids in a vacuum or negative pressure environment. These trucks are commonly used in various industries for tasks such as cleaning and maintaining septic systems, transporting hazardous waste, cleaning industrial tanks, and responding to environmental emergencies.

By merging the force of pressurised water with the effectiveness of pneumatic suction, these devices can assist you in completing the task securely, orderly, and effectively. Whether you are dealing with liquid waste, sludge, or hazardous materials, this industrial vacuum loader is equipped to handle it all.

The Super Sucker by Vissers Engineering has earned a reputation for reliability and durable performance in the toughest conditions. With unique design features that enable installation flexibility, the Super Sucker is a proven solution for various industrial cleaning applications.

Applications

Dry vacuums are commonly used in street cleaning operations to effectively remove debris from curbs, ditches, and other areas where waste tends to accumulate. Despite their name, these trucks are capable of collecting not only dry substances like dirt, powders, and loose debris but also wet substances, slurries, and even water. The term “dry” simply refers to the method of collection without the use of water. This versatility allows dry vacuum trucks to efficiently clean a wide range of materials and provide effective solutions for various cleaning needs.

Vacuum tanker trucks also play a crucial role in waste management, environmental cleanup, and industrial maintenance by providing an efficient means of collecting and transporting different types of materials. They are especially valuable in situations where traditional pumping methods or smaller vacuum truck units are not feasible or effective.

Vacuum Truck Technology

Super Sucker vacuum pumps, mounted beneath the chassis and powered by a split shaft PTO, emerge as excellent choices for industrial operations demanding efficient material removal. These pumps, employing both positive displacement and liquid ring vacuum technologies, exhibit substantial suction capacities, boasting flow rates ranging from 1300 m3/h to 4000 m3/h.

  • Superstructure Tank Design: The truck has a large tank, crafted from durable 6mm 304/316L stainless steel, ensuring strength and longevity. The tank is designed to be airtight for maintaining vacuum integrity and preventing leaks. Additionally, it comes equipped with a hydraulically operated rear door and six hydraulic locking clamps.
  • Vacuum System: These trucks are equipped with a powerful vacuum pump or blower system that creates a vacuum within the tank. This negative pressure allows the truck to suck up and transport liquids, sludge, and solids.
  • Hoses and Nozzles: Vacuum trucks are equipped with hoses and nozzles of various sizes to connect to the source of the material being collected. These hoses are used to suction liquids or sludge from septic tanks, industrial tanks, or other containers.
  • Filtration System: To separate liquids from solids and prevent debris from entering the vacuum pump, vacuum trucks are equipped with filtration systems. This ensures that only the desired materials are transported.
  • Discharge System: Vacuum tanker trucks may have a discharge system for unloading the collected materials at a designated disposal site. Some trucks may also have a pressurized system for spraying liquids, cleaning surfaces, or assisting in various industrial processes.
